VeloCloud Launches Industry's First SD-WAN Offering Voice Quality Monitoring

Traditional enterprise WAN is expensive and not flexible enough to address today's highly dynamic digital ecosystem. According to a recent survey, 46 percent of enterprises are looking for Hybrid WAN to solve this very problem, which includes the way users communicate with voice. And when they are using voice communications, the quality of the service is critically important when business calls are being carried out. The new SD-WAN Voice Quality Monitoring (VQM) by VeloCloud Networks is the industry's first SD-WAN solution to offer a fully featured VQM capability so organizations can ensure the quality of their call is always first-rate.

The VeloCloud VQM platform allows service providers and enterprises to proactively troubleshoot any issue in the network that might impact critical business voice communications with monitoring and diagnostics tools.

This is accomplished with a passive agent on the VeloCloud Edge that monitors voice calls and quickly identifies if there are any performance issues on the networks of service providers and enterprises.
