SD-WAN FEATURED ARTICLE
InfoVista Taking European SD-WAN Market by Storm
One of the perks of deploying SD-WAN is application awareness. The peace of mind in knowing performance will be as expected in your WAN cannot be understated, especially if you are in finance, retail or manufacturing – to name a few verticals. Across the globe, SD-WAN is seeing its time in the sun but today, let’s zero in on Europe.
Today, SD-WAN vendor InfoVista (News - Alert) announced it has surpassed 100,000 deployments sites of its Ipanema SD-WAN solution. In addition, according to Omdia, InfoVista is expected to ship more than one million units by the end of Q1 in the European market, putting them in a formidable position.
Ipanema SD-WAN is currently one of just three SD-WAN vendors with full MEF (News - Alert) 3.0 SD-WAN certification, giving it a leg up on the field. MEF standards help define this up-and-coming technology, as the industry makes strides toward further innovation, greater automation and move toward greater network federation.
InfoVista is committed toward pushing the boundaries of possibility as it is working in the weeds with next generation technologies like 5G, machine learning and AI. Only time will tell what comes next for this bold vendor.
“We are proud to offer a market-leading product that receives recognition for the value it provides to the industry,” said Infovista Chief Product Officer Mike Wilkinson. “We always aim for a quality of service that sets our customers up to succeed in a digital world. We will continue to drive new innovations in application intelligence, empowering our customers to deliver perfect user experiences.”
