As the world waits for the end of winter in Winterfell, winter is coming to a close here in the United States offering an opportunity to look back. Some chose to hibernate, while others grabbed the reins and rode to the Iron Throne, excuse me, market leadership.

FeaturedCustomers released the Winter 2018 Customer Success Report, which named Versa Networks Top Performer in the SD-WAN category. The award is only given to those with strong market presence, and the support of customer success content.

“Being named a Top Performer in FeaturedCustomers’ Customer Success Report for SD-WAN is not only a strong testament to our technical innovation and leadership in the rapidly evolving SD-WAN segment, but validation that our solution improves the customer experience,” said Kumar Mehta, founder and CDO of Versa Networks.

Versa was one of 14 SD-WAN vendors meeting the strict criteria required for inclusion, and receiving the category’s highest marks garnered the title of “Top Performer.” Scoring is done through various criteria, including total reviews, customer success content, social media presence as well as vendor momentum based on search trends and web traffic.

“Our customers have spoken and they continue to reap the rewards amid their digital transformation and multi-cloud journey. This was made possible because of a flexible and scalable software architecture. The solution also provides reduced complexity and dramatically lower costs. We were one of the few vendors that met FeaturedCustomers’ stringent criteria. This recognizes that we are providing our enterprise customers with the best-in-class software-defined technology they require to successfully build their businesses and grow. We’re constantly looking ahead to the trends and challenges of tomorrow as the technology and market evolves so that they can remain profitable and competitive,” Mehta continued.

In our age of digital transformation, customer service plays a key role in enabling so much of the change taking place. It’s not about what you do, it’s about how you do it. Well done, Versa.
