As software-defined networking surges, SD-WAN is serving to deliver upon the expectations of our cloud era, business in the market is booming. Why is adoption on the rise? The answer is simple, performance. Reliability, flexibility and high quality of service (QoS), it is that simple. But, the rubber meets the road when customers are willing to recommend these services to other companies.

Talari Networks (News - Alert) is touting an NPS score of more than 90 for two consecutive quarters. NPS represents a combination of customer satisfaction and loyalty in addition to their willingness to refer a service provider to others. The achievement stands out because any NPS score above is thought good, above 50 excellent and above 70 is top of the heap.

“It is our fundamental goal to deliver the greatest possible value to our customers by providing the highest rated failsafe SD-WAN solution in the market,” said Patrick J. Sweeney, CEO, Talari. “Achieving and sustaining the top SD-WAN NPS score of over 90 gives us high confidence that we meet and exceed our customers’ and channel partners’ expectations.”

The verified NPS results represent responses from Talari’s customer base including public-sector entities and enterprises located in the Canada, the U.K. and the U.S. Its Failsafe SD-WAN technology is turning heads with the same level of reliability found in MPLS, promising predictable performance in a number of different deployment models.

When trouble arises, Talari’s analytics and visualization tools will provide insight into WAN issues and accelerate repairs.

SD-WAN is no passing fad, connecting the modern working world to the cloud and enabling our SaaSy era, this technology is only in the early chapters.
