SD-WAN is serving organizations of all shapes and sizes well with cost savings, efficiency, reliability and optimization in the WAN. Managed SD-WAN services have found a sweet spot in the modern business networking landscape, especially as cloud applications grow more tied to operational success by the day, with little resources to spare.

Today, AireSpring announced the availability of the 600 series of VMware SD-WAN by VeloCloud Edge devices. Additionally, AireSpring is among the first group of MSPs to beta test the software necessary to support the new devices.

With the new SD-WAN Edge 600 series devices offers centralized orchestration, global gateways with Dynamic Multi-Path Optimization, support for twice the number of VPN tunnels as well as system flash memory than its predecessors, a 128GB SSD hard drive and more.

AireSpring (News - Alert) has prided itself on always being at the forefront in the Channel when it comes to offering cutting edge technology and our partnership with VeloCloud is a perfect example of this,” stated Avi Lonstein, CEO AireSpring. “The mutual cooperation between our network engineering team and VeloCloud’s has allowed us to provide our valued customers and partners with immediate access to these new Edge devices, showcasing our focus on delivering the absolute highest standards in product features, functionality and efficiencies to our Global Managed SD-WAN solution.”

MSPs are in a unique position in the SD-WAN space to survey the landscape. Firms leveraging the channel must work with provider feedback to form the appropriate solution set to best serve customers. It’s seems that’s what this duo is doing.
