Netskope Security Cloud Receives SASE Enhancements

Hacks, breaches and vulnerabilities create headlines at an alarming rate. What was once considered due diligence is no longer cutting the mustard. The cloud era introduced not only the next generation in security and networking solutions, it also opened to door to a new wave of threats and eager hackers.

Netskope announced a number of new additions to the Netskope Security Cloud addressing growing concerns stemming from a robust increase in WFH, the need for access to critical resources and applications from anywhere, as well as the rising tide of malware.

The updates include a fully integrated Cloud Firewall, private access for ZTNA enhancements,  fully integrated Remote Browser Isolation (RBI) and SaaS (News - Alert) Security Management (SSPM) capabilities.

"Enterprises know that security and networking must evolve toward a SASE architecture that applies Zero Trust principles. But they won't get there with legacy products that deliver a poor user experience, expose data in the cloud to a myriad of threat risks, and are expensive and complicated to maintain," said John Martin, Chief Product Officer of Netskope.

SASE represents a $30 billion addressable market, but like what happens more often than not, there are a number of SASE imposters. SASE requires a holistic approach built on a foundation of Zero Trust. Netskope Security Cloud offers a tightly integrated solution, delivering single-pass architecture, common management console, AI/ML Intelligence, unified client and a user-friendly policy engine.

Martin continued, "The enhancements we announce today add to what is already the industry's most complete SASE and Zero Trust solution, making it easier than ever for enterprises to simplify their security and networking, continuously manage risk, and protect data everywhere it is accessed."
